Welcome to Evie's Artisan Bakery
In addition to managing a small farm, I also own an in-home micro-bakery that specializes in sourdough breads and other baked goods. Organic grains and high-quality ingredients are always used, including organic flour and fresh-milled grains from Azure Standard, Redmond Real Salt, and wild harvested yeast (no conventional yeast). No artificial preservatives or additives are used in any of my baked goods. Items made with gluten-free ingredients as well as seasonal breads and pastries are also available. Any eggs used in my recipes come from our pastured, free-range, non-GMO/soy/corn-fed hens. And I source organic fruits and vegetables directly from my own garden or other local farmers as much as possible.
The order window for farmer’s markets, pop ups, and additional pickup dates and locations are announced at least 3 days before the ordering deadline.
